1. The rooms were very clean, and there was always an extra supply of towels and such at our doorstep (we always use the do not disturb sign during our whole stay).

However, the staff was very intrusive, they demanded a mobile phone number on check-in for no good reason, called after I settled in with an obsequious and unnecessary 'welcome' message that disturbed my rest, and the maid service attempted to enter the room in spite of the 'do not disturb' sign.

3. if you have a do not disturb sign on the door sometimes they dont see it and knock anyway and the toilets are so loud when theyre being flushed.

5. You have to see it yourself to understand how UTTERLY these things do not belong in a hotel room, but to quote my girlfriend: 'What the ****?'Lastly, despite there being a Do Not disturb sign on our doorknob, a staff member knocked twice and then came in one morning.

6. The bed was fine and the room very quiet but the lack of curtains or drapes--only wooden blinds which let in a considerable amount of morning sunlight-might disturb a light sleeper.

7. We kept our 'do not disturb' sign up the entire time so we can't attest to the day to day housekeeping, however, our room was clean and tidy upon arrival and the staff left a bag with fresh towels and shampoo/conditioner/lotion/soap in front of our door daily.
