5. The bathroom was very tatty, the sink was split and old, the general condition was poor and the bath had in my opinion not been cleaned as evidenced by the number of rogue hair present in the bath.

7. Other than the hotel seeming slightly understaffed, I see no reason for the poor reviews I read prior to my visit.

8. The location is convenient (across the street from the subway and 1 block from Fanueil Hall) but with the mass transit system the location doesn't come close to making up for the price of this hotel and the poor service.
