1. I was nervous because some of the reviews stated there was rude staff and it was noisy.

2. At night even though we were on the top floor it was a bit noisy outside -- but we did keep windows open so I am not sure what it would have sounded like if they were closed.

8. Nice, clean rooms, however beware if you're looking for something quiet, there's a very loud and noisy bar right next door to the hotel, we had to put up with ear splitting thumping music (which we could hear on the 4th Floor) on a few nights which didn't stop till 4am.
