1. Not a four star property by any means, but $40+ less than other hotels, and no complaints.

7. My only solitary, really minor complaint is that our room was next to a housekeeping closet, so every morning we would hear bumps while the staff rolled out the carts and vacuums.

8. We made repeated calls to reception who said 'sorry but we have a lot of complaints about loud music from that bar, we call them about it but they don't do anything'.
