4. Computers set up in lobby for printing boarding passes and such but didn't work and the staff barely tried to help.

9. I did have a problem with housekkeeping; came back to my room to take a nap only to find the bed stripped, thinking they would return soon to finish I left to kill some time only to return to a bare bed again.
