We decided to take the trade the risk for the reasonable rate and convenient location, booked an interior atrium room to at least avoid the street and foot traffic noise, and hoped the club noise was no

Also, although it was not a

, I noticed that the wall was partially unpainted and the bathroom & room door were not painted well (you could see white through the one coat of paint they put on).

You need to park the car about a block or two a way not a
big deal
but not as easy as parking in hotel.
