1. pretty much anywhere in downtown Boston is not 'car friendly' so you're best to grab a cab to get here as to avoid the aggravation of the downtown traffic.

6. If we were much younger and so inebriated it didn't matter, and the rooms were free, well perhaps a good fit, but for anything else avoid avoid AVOID.

7. We decided to take the trade the risk for the reasonable rate and convenient location, booked an interior atrium room to at least avoid the street and foot traffic noise, and hoped the club noise was no big deal.

8. There were a couple of other rooms on the floor that were right near serious creaking problems in the hallways (possibly rooms #514 & #515) and I would avoid them.
