1. Also the in-room air/heating units must be 50 years old, they are terribly noisy.

8. Negatives are average service (not bad but certainly not memorable), dark dingy lobby, terrible looking building outside (the parking garage over the road has more architectural merit).

9. Given the close poximity of a number of stylish hotels in the same price category the Radisson should aim for a better first impression by doing something about the terrible facade, sprucing up its entrance and remodelling its drab lobby which looks like a 70s Holiday Inn.
