- no mini fridges in hotel- balconies are sub par - no furniture or way to enjoy if you sit down-
dingy
, dark lobby- never any bellmen outside to help get taxi - had to get our own each timeWhile the hotel did try to fix the situation with the bed by moving us to a new room - we were still stuck staying there for a wedding and paying a price well above what I would pay for a comparable motel.

The rooms are small and
dingy
and the hotel is a concrete bunker with low ceilings throughout.

Among other things, we brought several DVD's in case they had a player in the room, which by the way was
dingy
and dark.

Negatives are average service (not bad but certainly not memorable), dark
dingy
lobby, terrible looking building outside (the parking garage over the road has more architectural merit).

We did feel the cleaning could have been better- dust along all the baseboards, fingerprints on the doors, and the carpet, while newer, was stained and
dingy
looking.
