1. The hotel is modern, well kept and most of all clean though some furniture is slightly dated and is within a two minute walk of Boston Common and Boston Public Garden.

2. I don't know what date the construction is scheduled to stop, but you may want to ask before reserving if you think you'll be inside your room during the day.

7. We had the best experience doing that and amazingly since our new dates were apparently during a less traveled time the hotel actually offered a lower rate and they were happy to change our dates.

10. Why do you need to pay extra for what you get for free in any roadside motel at a fraction of the room rate?Should also note that the pool and fitness area are ridiculously small and dated.
