4. The location is fine - near to everything I needed in order to settle a daughter into college but the elevators were slow as molasses, the service people shared them so you never knew who's dirty towels or garbage you were going to be traveling with.

6. The rooms show a little age (dirty carpet, dented furniture, torn wallpaper) but were very clean otherwise.
