5. It is true there is building noise that occurs during the day, but not before 9:30am and not at all at weekends and although it is loud, who wants to be in bed after 9:30am when you have an amazing city like Boston to explore?The hotel itself is excellent.

8. Had a couple of niggles - the first room they gave us, the air conditioning unit was so loud it would have been impossible to sleep.
