1. There's free wifi and wired internet throughout the hotel which suited my laptop and my smartphone, and I was impressed at how easily it worked - usually you need to go through 101 very slow confirmation screens to get onto a hotel network, but this one just worked without any hassle.

2. After a very long journey from the UK, we checked in around 4pm, without any hassle, all very smooth and the porter brought the bags to our room - All very nice and a really warm welcome, Our room was on the 19th floor and looked out on the city over the Back Bay area and John Hancock Tower - We never grew tired of the view .

3. It was easy getting to the hotel when i booked i took the parking and breakfast option and had 0 hassle for the rest of my stay great food and welcome.

10. Great city ,quite in comparison to New York, but just as enjoyable without the hassle ,and only 10 minutes from the airport, Eating out dont miss PF CHANGS just across from hotel, Chinese food at it,s best.
