1. I stayed during the weekend so there was no noise or construction during my stay but parking, while it is offered as a free option when booking the hotel, it is a big annoying with the first 3 levels being roped off.

5. I heard voices once or twice when they were talking right outside my door, but there wasn't the usual array of annoying noises from adjoining rooms that I often get at hotels.
