3. Overall, this place was a disaster, but the worst part was the cigarette burn holes in the sheets, the foul odor from the previous guests smoking in the room mixed with mold, and nersty little hairs all over the place: the shower, the sheets, the floors.

5. They helped us with (but didnt guarantee) an early check in and the valet ($25 per day) had the car waiting when we got down to the lobby in 2 or 3 minutes at worst.
