1. The Banquet staff manager (Kathleen) with whom I worked was fabulous in offering suggestions for table decorations and I really appreciated her hard work.

Good things first:-location close to Inner Harbor-pretty clean-valet staff super nice-incredible, new fitness area (I am picky about this)Bad things:'-front desk staff totally indifferent-rooms run down-nonsmoking hotel smells like smoke in our room-wireless didn't work in room-you can't call down ahead for your car-layout of room very strange, hard to see tv from bedI got a good deal on Hotwire but won't ever go back.

8. Be mindful that check-in is at 4:00 and the lobby area is small and the check in process is slow, they had a hard time accommodating groups checking in.
