1. Comfortable, though slightly dated, suite on the 17th floor, which included a refrigerator & a decent mini-kitchen set-up.

The carpet was very dirty; drapes dated; kitchen sink area in the suite unclean; medium-size flying insect smashed and dried on bathroom floor that I was unable to remove, also urine stains on floor; room safe was locked and required engineer reset; bathroom sink was clogged and required snaking; heating/cooling unit stopped working mid-second night; husband slipped in bathtub due to lack of non-skid surface; maid didn't approach our room until 3pm our second day- she offered to clean it then but we had to decline as we needed to dress for the wedding.

8. Some images show a dated kind of material as bedding and then some show a newer white bedding.

9. The room was very large, albeit with slightly dated decor, however that didn't take away from the fact that it was very comfortable with a nice couch in the spacious living area and a large round tble in the dining area plus a nice kitchenette with marble counters.

10. More like a 2 star all of the furniture was way out dated with no flat screen.
