1. On the night before my dad's surgery there was an event and there was A LOT of noise on our floor from people returning to their rooms after the party ended between midnight and 1 am.

6. We stayed in downtown Philadelphia on a high floor and you constantly heard the sirens and other city noises but not here.

8. Negative: hot water in shower took 15 minutes to become hot, not a very comfortable space (but a comfortable bed), construction work noise, plumbing issues, staff were not very refined (but you can tell they are trained to provide customer service but set in.
