The carpet was very dirty; drapes dated; kitchen sink area in the suite unclean; medium-size flying insect smashed and dried on bathroom floor that I was unable to remove, also urine stains on floor; room safe was locked and required engineer reset; bathroom sink was clogged and required snaking; heating/cooling unit stopped working mid-second night; husband slipped in bathtub due to lack of non-skid surface; maid didn't approach our room until 3pm our second day- she offered to clean it then but we had to decline as we needed to dress for the wedding.
