2. negative: hot water in shower took 15 minutes to become hot, not a very comfortable space (but a comfortable bed), construction work noise, plumbing issues, staff were not very refined (but you can tell they are trained to provide customer service but set in.

4. The only negative thing about our stay was that we were constantly on the go and there is no street parking so we had to get our car in and out of the valet all day long and had to wait several times for them to get it.

6. The only negative was that their courtesy van was supposedly always doing runs to John Hopkins, however I think it was always in the parking garage next door; they just didn't want to use it.

8. The pool is the only big negative thing I have to say about the Tremont as there is a huge generator smoke stack right on the side of the pool and all you can smell is very strong diesel fumes.

9. All of our negative experiences were to do with the hotel, the store/snack bar in the hotel was handy, but the service and attitude of the staff there was to the point of rude, they didn`t appear to want to be there, so don`t expect a friendly hello or anything.

10. Can`t understand the previous negs?Got a junior suite on the 25th floor and everything was fine, even the fact that i don`t like heights.
