1. Front desk was incredibly rude, unhelpful and unprofessional.

The only real complaint is the thin walls we heard alarm clocks going off at 5:40 am and then doors started slamming and people were yelling in the hallways at 6:30 am I believe there was a girls vollyball team staying on our floor but that is very rude to be yelling in the halls on a Sunday morning.

10. Despite the quite outlandish look of many con-goers I never heard or saw any staff member treat a fan rudely; in fact they went out of their way to be polite and friendly, especially at the Diamond Tavern restaurant where we had breakfast both days.
