1. When fixing room problem another guest was at desk with same complaint, staff seemed bewildered as 'manager' ducked in and out of back.

3. The only real complaint is the thin walls we heard alarm clocks going off at 5:40 am and then doors started slamming and people were yelling in the hallways at 6:30 am I believe there was a girls vollyball team staying on our floor but that is very rude to be yelling in the halls on a Sunday morning.

6. Only complaint is the UPS Store on the second floor, which is in charge of all shipping, will grossly overcharge you is you ship boxes to yourself ahead of time.
