1. There was a computer glitch when I tried to order room service (I wasn't showing up as the guest in my room), but the manager finally resolved it and comp'ed my meal for the delay.

3. We checked in after midnight, due to a 4 hour airline delay and the front desk (Tim) was absolutely wonderful and efficient in answering our questions after a frustrating day of travel.
