1. Every day, there was some sort of issue.

3. we never comlained and our friends were on a different floor and had no noise issues so I guess we were just unlucky.

4. We stpped on them by accident (they punctured the skin) and we can only hope the tetnus booster we'll recieve on Monday will resolve the issue.

5. Two main issues;1) the room keys barely worked.

6. But, the Hilton was not helpful in resolving the issue and was not clear about exactly where to go to pay for the night and get the special card with in/out privileges.

9. At first there were some issues with the temperature of the food etc etc but those issues did get corrected.

10. I have been dealing with Hilton customer service who say that a refund was issued (never explained why I was charged in the first place) but I have yet to see it.
