1. Downside tiny bathtub feel crowded showering, restaurant service was non existent, a very frazzled waiter asked if we had been taken care of when we said no he acted as though we were annoying him, waited over 20 minuted for our drinks.

5. They allow pets, which may be nice for some people but the fact that we were placed in a room next to a woman with a yappy dog who barked incesantly for hours was extremely annoying.

6. I cannot understand a $350-night hotel not having a working TV; I cannot understand the hotel not at least compensating us some portion of the hotel charge for this; and I certainly cannot understand being charged twice for an overall annoying and disappointing stay.
