3. very frustrating and they did not live up to the hilton namethe only good parts: the suite overlooked camden yards- where we were getting married- and the doorman/porters and cleaning staff were very helpful, thats about it The hotel is too big and has lost what hospitality and customer service truly mean.

4. We checked in after midnight, due to a 4 hour airline delay and the front desk (Tim) was absolutely wonderful and efficient in answering our questions after a frustrating day of travel.
