1. The hotel is a very short walk to the stadium and not a bad walk to the Hippodrome theatre to see a show and to the restaurants and shops around the Inner Harbor.

7. The Hotel is literally behind the outfield at the Baltimore Orioles ball park so I suppose that could be a good or bad thing depending on if you like baseball and flood lights.

9. The restaurant - Diamond Tavern - is located in a separate building across a wide sidewalk from the main building - accessible by a skywalk on the second floor if weather is bad.
