1. We did get a smoking room but the smell of stale smoke was over whelming even for me 'a smoker'.

4. When I reported the smell I wasn't offered another room, instead a man came up with some sort of floral smelling spray and wetted down the carpet (perhaps this is the reason why the room was moldy in the first place.
