1. Staying at The Riv was not really a choice for us, we were going for an APA Pool Tournament that was being hosted there and it was too much of a hassle to stay at any of our usual places.

5. Long story short, most of the front desk people are rude and lazy and didn't want to go through the hassle of putting me in the right room the first night and tried to blame Southwest for the 'mix up'.
