1. The security guards are rude so just ignore them.

10. Bags were immediately grabbed by a bellhop who was told to just take them to the front desk but instead they disappeared into storage and when we tried to retrieve them other bell staff were rude and reluctant and annoyed at going to get the bags out of storage and returning them to us.
