1. I'm not sure how he did it but he was able to get us towels within minutes and profusely apologized for the inconvenience.

2. I would agree it's about a 15-20's min walk or 10 min bus journey south to the ''main'' part of the strip by the fashion mall and other major hotels and casinos, but it NOT inconvenient or ''way out with a poor location'' as many have said for 2 reasons 1.

5. The Riviera is on the north end of the strip and for some this is an inconvenience, but for us it was great as we do not like the crowds of the south strip.

6. Reception has been intelligently moved from the hugely inconvenient 'old' area (inconvenient even from the essentially abandoned 'old' reception entrance) to adjacent to the Parking Structure (and Valet) and Business Center.
