1. I developed a rash from the BED BUGS in my luxury room and when i complained the HOTEL MANAGER at the front desk didnt care (no apologies, no empathy, total disregard and lack of care),.

9. A prompt service during check-in (lacking in Riviera, the waiting line for check-in is usually 30-50 people long), a decent, clean room (OK in that respect) and a reliable, unlimited, unrestricted Internet connection.
