1. The personnel were really curteous and helpful, there are 3 pools and and jacuzzi and there is a decent restaurant in the hotel but what I liked most is that there is no casino in the hotel so the noise factor is down.

7. the pools are dirty and you can hear a lot of noise : from the planes which land almost on top of the hotel, and at night from the drunken gamblers going to bed .
