3. OLD TVs that barely work, dirty bathroom floor, room service ordered at 6:40 am with a 30 minute ETA arrived 65 minutes later as we were leaving for the day, my daughter went to her all day dance convention with only a few pretzels for breakfast, totally unacceptable service.
