4. The hotel is fine, 3 pools, nice enough (spacious) rooms - especially for what you are paying - and I've had no real issues with the rooms.

5. can't say the same we tried to call them about the heat issue and they never answered for us to walk to the front and the lady to just be sitting there not answering the phone makes no sense at all.
