My room -- a Crown Loft -- had a

shower door that also was missing its handles, a burned out bathroom light, and an exposed phone jack in the bathroom with no phone.

Cracked windows,

air conditioning, dirty spa, low temp hot tub, staff that doesn`t care, took 45 min for front desk to answer, we moved 3 times as well.
