1. I'm not sure if my pre-complaint/concern made a difference or not but I was impressed with the action of the front desk staff when I raised my initial concern.

2. Other than that, no complaints, the staff is friendly and the rooms are clean, comfy and large, great for a vacationing family.

Only complaint was that 2 of the pools were closed, when I asked the front desk if I could just sit and read and relax at the main pool, I was told I had to go to the other 2 (no work was being done in the 1st pool so not sure why i couldn't go in) Went to the 2nd pool, they were painting the ground around the pool.

6. My only complaints were that because we checked in early (which they were very happy to help us with) we did not get the king beds we asked for, but instead got queens, which were just fine.

10. Got this for $60 (plus tax) per night on Hotwire and was a little leery given some of the past reviews but I had no complaints.
