1. OLD TVs that barely work, dirty bathroom floor, room service ordered at 6:40 am with a 30 minute ETA arrived 65 minutes later as we were leaving for the day, my daughter went to her all day dance convention with only a few pretzels for breakfast, totally unacceptable service.

3. There was barely any hot water when we went to take a shower, and when we informed the front desk they just said something about a pilot light that might be out so that was 3 days of tepid-cold showers.
