2. So, if you are a non smoker with little or no tolerance for it - then this may not be the hotel ( like some hotels in downtown) for you.

3. The casinos all have smoking, but you can walk through the Wynn or Venetian and not tell unless you're next to smokers, the smoke just sits over the room here.

4. We were woken up at 4 am a few times by raised voices in rooms near ours, loud sex from the floor above, and many smokers walking by or smoking in their rooms on a floor that is labelled 'non-smoking'.

5. * Smoke everywhere: it's obvious that Stratosphere management will NOT ban smoking from the hotel, but they also don't do much about arrogant, rude smokers smoking also in areas explicitly designated for non-smokers.
