1. Went for a drink in the air bar, I asked the barman for a menu of cocktails (it was cocktail happy hour) and he was so rude and obnoxious that I refused to order a drink and left - never to return.

9. We found the customer service fairly rude and exceptionally unhelpful from front desk and the lines for checking in and out are loooong, expect up to 40 minutes plus waiting in line .

10. * Smoke everywhere: it's obvious that Stratosphere management will NOT ban smoking from the hotel, but they also don't do much about arrogant, rude smokers smoking also in areas explicitly designated for non-smokers.
