1. I was fearful they were bed bugs, so I collected some and a pest control specialist came to my home and said they were not bed bugs, that he had never seen those bugs before.

2. We had read reports of bed bugs in the hotel prior to our visit (but after our reservation) but the room was fine and we had two good nights of sleep with no guests.

3. I would not advise any one to go to this hotel until they have further investigation and confirm that it is not bed bugs or the detergent they are using.

6. As we checked in, I was very blunt and told the check-in lady that I woud prefer a room without any reports of bed bugs, as I told her I know this hotel has had reports.

8. I was given a Claim # and told to contact the General Liability Claims Manager who advised us that after an independent report, no bed bugs were found in the room.

9. I stayed at the Stratosphere Hotel and Casino from February 2-5 2011 with 4 friends and we were all severely bitten by bed bugs.
