Great things about this place:-The princess suite was hugeGreat bathroom with jacuzzi bath and separate showerThere are laundry facilitiesThe restaurant does a great good value breakfastThe pool area is a great sun trap areaThe bed was really comfortableFor the space it represents very good value at presentNot so great things:-It is starting to look a bit tired, the carpet was worn and they will need to refurb in the next couple of yearsWe were kept waiting for forty minutes for our roomThe walk to the Strip is 10-15 minutes which is generally fine but if you are in and out to the Strip a few times a day, for lunch, dinner, a show etc, then it gets a bit inconvenient.

9. The only thing I would say is that the public areas are looking a bit worn already in certain places and the cleanliness could be improved (the pool area was left with dirty plates/bottles).
