1. Also the personal touch seemed to us to be lacking in the case of the bigger gaming hotels, which was not the case at the Platinum.

7. The pool was very nice, great seating, but it did lack poolside service which was disappointing, we had to find someone from the restaurant to serve us.

8. It was very clean and our only disappointment here was the lack of a warm water shower for rinsing off - even if 100+ degree weather a cold shower is too much.

10. Only miss is the lack of free wireless and horrible business center because they charge you by the minute for scanning, printing, or using the computer.
