3. Two minor things that could have been better: the skillet the hotel supplied did not sit flat on the stovetop (the bottom was warped like a potato chip); and I was hesitant to use the large jacuzzi tub because I feared the water jets would have bacteria in them.

5. I did go back downstairs later in the morning and was greeted by a less than professional chip munching clerk.
