4. It was mediocre service, bored employees, crowded elevators, long walks to parking, no view, broken vending and ice machines on multiple floors, hair other than ours in the bathroom, and redish-brown paint stains on the room carpet and furniture.

5. We also has a broken hairdryer and the electricity went off (tripped breaker) - both situations were handled within minutes - could not ask for anything more.

10. Unfortunately, our safe broke whilst we were there and had to be broken into by the maintenence team (it took over an hours though) and were were suitably compensated for our time.
