1. I took it up with the hotel management who said that since I hadn't charged it to the room, they were in a difficult position to adjust it.

3. The first was on the 2nd floor with flood lights shining in through the patio doors that would be difficult to keep the light out to sleep.

The rooms are matched by the service, found it difficult to find decent places to get breakfast on our first day so decided to eat at the hotel - wow, the food was excellent (recommend the Creole Skittle) and the service second to none - Antonita and the other staff were brilliant, I cannot praise them enough.

5. My only complaint is that since the hotel is off the strip it becomes a bit difficult to catch a cab.
