1. I rated this hotel as terrible because my experience was nothing like those listed here i recenlty attend my nice wedding on the restaurant which i helped her pick, last saturday the food and the view is espetacular breath taking but the service was very poor first there was nobody around for about 30 minutes i asked a server for ice tea they never brought it, my plate was on the table for the longest all the tables look very dirty and they were very lound on the back they were dirty mouth talking and i asked for the supervisor to let them know about this issue and for my suprise she was the one talking i felt very disrespectful very disappointed they need to provide training to the supervisor to provide a better services and a better work environment i will never recomend this place for a wedding or a special event or for somebody to stay.
