1. Instead of acknowledging my issue or thanking us for the helpful info, she just sort of acted like it wasn't a valid concern and basically told me I need to enter the address correctly.

Parking was adequate and free; the only issue was that it was difficult to get across four lanes and enter the hotel's first driveway after exiting from 290W; if you miss the first driveway, keep moving to the right, make the right turn on the access road, and enter the property from the driveway from the I-35N access road.
