2. We spoke with Javier at this location and he worked very hard to ensure the error was corrected and we were able to get the rate we were originally supposed to be booked under.

3. When booking our reservation from a recent stay at this hotel, an error was made and our rooms were not booked within our 'group' , therefore we did not receive the group rate upon arrival.
