1. When you travel for business, all you want is a decent night sleep in a decent location with a few amenities to make work easier, and no annoyances.

2. There is a lot of parking lot resurfacing going on and some other construction throughout the hotel that cause minor annoyances, but they have to keep the place up to date, or we would be complaining that it needed to be renovated.
